30-day returns

You may request a return for any reason within 30 days after delivery.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is faulty or significantly different from its description, we cover the return shipping costs.

How to request a return

Contact us using our contact information with your order number. If an item is damaged, faulty or different from its description, photos can help us understand the issue. The return request period remains 30 days after delivery.

We will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions. Please contact us before sending the item back; the return address may differ from the business address.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm the return, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was confirmed and you have not received the refund, please contact us.
