Before you order

Review the listing photos, item description, condition and included accessories before ordering. Items are checked before dispatch.

Items are also offered through other marketplaces. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you about an alternative or cancellation. We will not send an alternative without your agreement.

Shipping destinations and charges

Choose your country to see the applicable market and currency. Availability and shipping charges depend on your destination and the item and are confirmed at checkout. Shipping is free for some destinations; other destinations have a separate shipping charge. We do not ship within Japan.

Preparing and shipping your order

We dispatch orders within 7 business days after payment confirmation. This is the preparation period before dispatch, not the delivery time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, national holidays and store-designated holidays.

We choose the shipping carrier and service according to the destination and parcel. Services may include Japan Post, DHL or FedEx. We provide the tracking number after dispatch.

Customs duties and taxes

United States

For supported United States destinations, we cover customs duty and import clearance charges under our duty-prepaid shipping arrangement. State and local sales or use taxes are separate from customs duty and may still apply. Any sales tax collected by us is shown at checkout. If applicable tax is not collected at checkout, you may be responsible for reporting and paying use tax to your state or local tax authority.

European Union

For EU shipments with a total declared goods value of EUR 150 or less, we cover customs duty. VAT remains payable by the buyer. Our policy is to prepay customs duty and arrange payment of VAT on your behalf through IOSS via Zonos before dispatch. Any VAT we collect from you is shown separately at checkout. For shipments above EUR 150, customs duty and VAT are payable by the buyer and may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities. Other applicable taxes and import charges, if any, are payable by the buyer.

Other destinations

Customs duty, import taxes, clearance fees and other applicable import charges are payable by the buyer for destinations outside the United States and the EU.

Returns and support

You may request a return for any reason within 30 days after delivery. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. We cover return shipping for faulty or misdescribed items.
