Shipping policy

Dispatch and delivery

We ship internationally from Japan. We do not ship to addresses within Japan.

We dispatch orders within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, national holidays and store-designated holidays. This preparation period is separate from delivery time.

If there is a significant delay, we will notify you. Delivery times may be affected by the carrier, weather or customs procedures.

Shipping destinations and charges

Availability depends on your destination and the item. Shipping is free for some destinations, while a separate shipping charge applies to others. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. Select your country to see the relevant market and currency.

We select the shipping carrier and service based on the destination, parcel size and contents. Services may include Japan Post, DHL or FedEx. You cannot select the carrier.

United States: customs duty and state taxes

For supported United States destinations, we cover customs duty and import clearance charges under our duty-prepaid shipping arrangement. State and local sales or use taxes are separate from customs duty and may still apply. Any sales tax collected by us is shown at checkout. If applicable tax is not collected at checkout, you may be responsible for reporting and paying use tax to your state or local tax authority.

European Union

For EU shipments with a total declared goods value of EUR 150 or less, we cover customs duty. VAT remains payable by the buyer. Our policy is to prepay customs duty and arrange payment of VAT on your behalf through IOSS via Zonos before dispatch. Any VAT we collect from you is shown separately at checkout. For shipments above EUR 150, customs duty and VAT are payable by the buyer and may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities. Other applicable taxes and import charges, if any, are payable by the buyer.

Other destinations

For destinations outside the United States and the EU, customs duty, import taxes, clearance fees and other applicable import charges are payable by the buyer. These charges depend on the destination and are not included in our shipping charge unless expressly stated.
