Refund policy

We sell primarily pre-owned items, including cameras, watches, and collectible figures. We carefully inspect and describe each product before listing to ensure transparency and accuracy.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item you received is significantly different from its description or defective.
Because our products are used, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as “changed mind” or “condition not as expected.”

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials (if any).
Any alterations, damage, or missing parts will make the item ineligible for return.

How to Request a Return
Please contact us at takayuki.kns@gmail.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address and instructions by email.
Please note that the return address differs from the seller’s business address listed in our Privacy Policy.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with detailed photos, and we will review the situation to provide an appropriate resolution (refund or replacement).

Non-returnable Items

  • Items sold “as-is” or marked “junk” or “for parts”

  • Items with missing accessories or components after delivery

  • Sale items, gift cards, or custom-ordered products

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

European Union (EU) 14-day Cooling-off Period
For customers in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, cancellation is not possible once the product has been used or altered after delivery.
The returned item must be in the same condition as received, with all included accessories and proof of purchase.
