Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped internationally only. We do not ship to addresses within Japan.
We will ship your order within 7 business days after your payment has been confirmed.
“Business days” refers to weekdays (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends, national holidays, and any store-designated holidays.
Due to order volume, stock availability, logistics conditions, weather, customs procedures, or local inspections, dispatch may take longer than usual.
If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you by email whenever reasonably possible.
The shipping carrier and shipping method are selected by us and cannot be chosen by the customer.
We will arrange the most appropriate shipping method based on the destination country/region, parcel size, and contents.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For shipments to the United States, customs duties and import taxes will be borne by us (the seller).
Accordingly, customers in the United States will, in principle, not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery (however, exceptions may occur depending on the judgment of the customs authorities or other local authorities).
For shipments to all other countries and regions (outside the United States), all customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and any related charges shall be borne by the customer.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and/or shipping carriers, and we are unable to quote or guarantee such amounts in advance.
Any amounts requested at the time of delivery by local customs or the shipping carrier must be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery or additional costs arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs procedures, local laws and regulations, weather, or traffic conditions.
